Allergy Alert Testing Policy



Your safety is my priority so I will require an allergy alert test 48hrs prior to your colour appointment.


If you haven’t had your hair coloured with me before, or haven’t had it coloured within 6 months or are pregnant, you will require an allergy alert test.

If you experience any irritation or reaction to the test, please make me aware immediately.

Cancelation Policy

A reminder text will always be send out 24hr/48hrs prior to your appointment so you’ll have plenty of time to reschedule (and avoid the charge).​
 

 Appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50%

Secure Bookings

To confirm and secure your appointment a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.  This is to ensure your slot is reserved and helps maintain a smooth scheduling process.

 

Adjustment Policy


Your satisfaction is my top priority. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your service, I can offer an adjustment policy within two weeks of your appointment. Please let me know within the first week, and I’ll gladly work with you to make any necessary adjustments during that two-week period
